 Izzy is  a darling little boy who was surrendered due to his owner's illness.
He is mostly housetrained but he does wear a bellyband to prevent leg lifting.
He seems to like most other dogs. Izzy does NOT like kids.
Izzy would love a quiet home where someone is home to cuddle with him a lot. Someone who is retired or works from home would be ideal.
